When we think of coffee from Honduras, we think about balance. Often producing perfectly structured coffees with a clear acidity in direct harmony with the other attributes of the coffee. Flavour profiles can be particularly creamy and sweet with excellent depth and richness, whilst also boasting distinctly clean fruit-forward notes. The main harvest season occurs between December and March, and interest in Honduran coffee is certainly on the rise. We are currently purchasing fully washed processed micro-lots and are excited about the potentials of Honduran coffee.
